The Role
As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser within our New Build team, you'll provide tailored, high-quality advice to clients purchasing their dream homes through our established builder partnerships. From first qualification through to completion, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the homebuying journey while delivering outstanding service to both clients and builder partners.
- Deliver expert Mortgage & Protection advice to a high volume of warm New Build leads
- Manage cases from reservation through to offer and completion
- Conduct client qualification and AIP soft searches
- Provide prompt updates and ongoing communication to builder partners
- Build strong lasting relationships with developers, site staff, and third parties
- Attend site visits, launches, and trade events when required
- Help clients protect what matters most through tailored protection recommendations
- Maintain exceptional compliance and customer care standards throughout
This role also includes rotad weekend availability (every third weekend Saturday or Sunday).
What We're Looking For
We're searching for experienced advisers who are hungry for success and excited by the opportunity to grow within a specialist New Build environment.
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven whole of market Mortgage & Protection sales experience
- A strong track record of delivering compliant, high-quality advice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage strict deadlines
- Confidence handling builder relationships and customer expectations
- A self-motivated, organised, and target-driven mindset
- A genuine passion for customer service and protection advice
- New Build experience is advantageous but by no means essential.
What matters most is your ability to deliver outstanding advice, build trust quickly, and provide a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

FCA Certification Regime & Conduct Rules

This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Should you apply for a Certified role in another financial services firm then L&C may be required to disclose this information in a Regulatory Reference request.
