We curate the Bodywear Forum at three leading international trade shows, showcasing the latest innovations in bodywear, performance fabrics, and textile development. Alongside this, we partner with Weichert Agencies to connect textile mills with brands and retailers, supporting the fabric development process from initial concept through to bulk production. We work at the intersection of textiles, trends, sourcing, and sales, helping bring innovative fabric solutions to some of the industry's most exciting brands and retailers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Fabric Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance textiles, design, fashion trends, and business development who is eager to gain real-world experience across fabric sourcing, trend forecasting, sales support, and international trade shows. You'll work closely with industry professionals, textile mills, brands, and retailers while developing a deep understanding of the bodywear and performance fabric market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research emerging fabric, yarn, and market trends across the bodywear and performance sectors
  • Assist in identifying innovative textile developments and sourcing opportunities
  • Support client presentations and fabric introductions to leading brands and retailers
  • Track supplier, client, and sales-lead information using internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist with trade show preparation, trend reports, outreach and presentation materials
  • Create visually compelling presentations and trend books using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

What we're looking for

  • Interest in textiles, fashion, sourcing, or product development
  • Knowledge of fabrics, yarns, garment construction, or bodywear is beneficial - an eagerness to learn is equally valued
  • Ideally fluent in Italian or French (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and industry partners
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, design, and trends
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
