London Construction Contractor Ltd is an established Design & Build contractor specialising in high-end restaurant, retail, commercial fit-out, hospitality, office, and residential development projects across London.
We are looking for an experienced Revit Technician to join our in‑house design team and support the delivery of our projects from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed Revit models and technical drawing packages.
- Produce Planning, Building Control, Tender and Construction drawings.
- Develop coordinated architectural drawings in conjunction with structural and MEP consultants.
- Prepare schedules, details, sections, elevations and construction packages.
- Assist with project coordination and design management.
- Carry out site surveys and prepare existing and proposed drawings.
- Support project teams during construction and respond to technical queries.
- Maintain drawing standards and BIM protocols across all projects.
- Coordinate design information between clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience using Revit in a professional environment.
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Experience working on UK construction projects.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Experience producing construction and technical drawing packages.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
