We’re seeking an experienced Subject Lead to drive teaching excellence, curriculum design, and student outcomes across our BA Hospitality programme.

The Role

You’ll lead the design and delivery of Hospitality modules (Levels 4–6), working closely with the Course Director to ensure a high-quality student experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging teaching across your specialism
  • Lead curriculum development and continuous improvement
  • Support and guide lecturers to ensure quality and consistency
  • Oversee assessment design, marking, and feedback standards
  • Monitor student progress and provide academic support
  • Build industry links to enrich learning
  • Support course operations, exam boards, and QA processes

Essential - About You

  • Degree + postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • HE teaching experience in Hospitality or related field
  • Curriculum design and assessment experience
  • Strong understanding of HE quality standards
  • Collaborative, student‑centred approach

Desirable

  • Ph D / higher degree
  • FHEA or teaching qualification
  • Industry partnerships experience
