We’re looking for a detail‑driven Quality Assurance Officer to support the delivery and continuous improvement of academic quality across the College. Working closely with the Quality, Compliance and the wider academic teams, you’ll play a key role in strengthening quality processes, supporting validation and review activity, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Support programme validation, approval, reapproval and periodic review activity
- Contribute to annual monitoring and academic quality reporting cycles
- Track and analyse key metrics including continuation and completion
- Support governance committees and ensure accurate recording and reporting
- Maintain and improve quality systems and data processes
- Provide guidance to staff on quality assurance policies and procedures
- Support student surveys (e.g. NSS, AMRs) and complaints processes
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance student experience
Qualifications
- Experience in academic quality or assessment processes within UK Higher Education
- Knowledge of QAA, OfS and HE regulatory frameworks
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
