We are seeking a Generalist Business Lecturer to join our academic team from May 2026. This role is ideal for an adaptable, student-focused educator who can teach across multiple business disciplines and support learners through Levels 4–6.
About Us
London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is a dynamic higher education provider within Global University Systems (GUS), delivering University for the Creative Arts (UCA) validated programmes.
The Role
You will deliver and lead core business and management across Levels 4–6 on the BA (Hons) Business Management programme.
Subject Expertise (Generalist – Level 4–6)
You Will Teach Subject Areas Including:
- Marketing Principles and Strategy
- Organisational Behaviour and People Management
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- Business Strategy and Business Policy
- Ethics, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
- Operations and Supply Chain Management
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching using blended learning approaches
- Support student progression and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality processes
- Maintain subject expertise through research or professional practice
Essential Criteria
- Degree and postgraduate qualification in Business or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- At least two years’ Higher Education teaching experience
- Experience teaching across Levels 4–6
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable
- PhD or equivalent professional standing
- Fellowship (or working towards Fellowship) of the HEA
- Industry or consultancy experience
