LCCA is a forward‐thinking, student‐centred college with big ambitions—and we’re growing our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER specialist who enjoys autonomy, thrives in change, and wants their work to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a wide range of ER cases with confidence and expertise
  • Managing complex change processes from end to end
  • Handling ACAS, ET3 and sensitive exits
  • Reviewing and renewing our HR policies and toolkits
  • Producing monthly insights and ER MI reports
  • Delivering ER training and strengthening manager capability
  • Supporting performance reviews and wider HR projects
