£50 per hour | Hourly Paid | Flexible Teaching Hours

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking an enthusiastic, industry-engaged Hourly Paid Lecturer in Fashion Management and Marketing to contribute to the delivery of our BA (Hons) Fashion Management and Marketing programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an academic or practitioner with strong fashion business expertise to inspire the next generation of fashion professionals within a creative, student-centred higher education environment.

Location: Teaching will take place at our Aldgate (The Amp) and Tower Hill (Sceptre Court) campuses, both centrally located in London and within close proximity to each other.

Teaching Availability: Flexibility to teach Friday evenings and Saturday mornings is highly desirable.

The Role: You will deliver engaging, inclusive, and industry-informed teaching across Levels 3–6, contributing to an outstanding student experience. Working closely with the Course Director and subject team, you will support teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development within fashion management and marketing.

Teaching May Include Subject Areas Such As:

  • Fashion marketing and communication
  • Branding and consumer behaviour
  • Fashion business and management
  • Retail strategy, buying, and merchandising
  • Visual merchandising and retail experience
  • Fashion trend forecasting and analysis
  • Professional practice and industry engagement

You will be encouraged to bring current industry insight, research, or professional practice into the classroom, ensuring teaching remains relevant, applied, and future-focused.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience teaching in Higher Education
  • Strong subject knowledge in fashion management and/or marketing
  • A student-centred, inclusive approach to teaching and assessment

Experience of curriculum development, industry engagement, or research activity is highly valued.
