LCCA is a forward-thinking, student-centred college with big ambitions—and we’re growing our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER specialist who enjoys autonomy, thrives in change, and wants their work to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a wide range of ER cases with confidence and expertise
- Managing complex change processes from end to end
- Handling ACAS, ET3 and sensitive exits
- Reviewing and renewing our HR policies and toolkits
- Producing monthly insights and ER MI reports
- Delivering ER training and strengthening manager capability
- Supporting performance reviews and wider HR projects
