We’re hiring: Employee Relations Manager / ER Specialist 📍 London (multi-site) | 💰 Up to £55,000 LCCA is a forward-thinking, student-centred college with big ambitions—and we’re growing our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER specialist who enjoys autonomy, thrives in change, and wants their work to make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be the lead advisor on complex ER matters across our UK College Division. You’ll guide managers, shape policy, influence culture and drive major organisational change projects such as restructures, TUPE and mergers. It’s varied, strategic and genuinely meaningful work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a wide range of ER cases with confidence and expertise
  • Managing complex change processes from end to end
  • Handling ACAS, ET3 and sensitive exits
  • Reviewing and renewing our HR policies and toolkits
  • Producing monthly insights and ER MI reports
  • Delivering ER training and strengthening manager capability
  • Supporting performance reviews and wider HR projects
