At LCCA, part of the Global University Systems (GUS) network, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Campus Manager to lead our weekend operations. This is a vital leadership role with real impact—ensuring our students and staff feel supported, safe, and empowered every single weekend.
Your Impact
As our Campus Manager, you\'ll:
- Ensure smooth and safe campus operations Wednesday through Sunday.
- Champion the student experience, placing their academic and well-being needs at the heart of all you do.
- Lead and supervise campus teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery across admissions, student support, and facilities.
- Coordinate with academic staff and senior stakeholders to keep things running like clockwork.
- Oversee compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Prevent policies.
- Build a campus culture that reflects our values of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campus functions and staff during weekends.
- Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and student needs with professionalism and care.
- Support faculty and students by facilitating services including counselling, enrolment, and student activities.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and workflows.
- Coordinate first aid and emergency protocols during weekend hours.
- Lead internal and external communications, including events and partnership meetings.
- Participate in Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings and strategic planning.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership experience in higher education or a similar service-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of UK higher education regulations, student services, and safeguarding.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills—written, verbal, and digital.
- Confidence to take initiative, solve problems independently, and lead by example.
- A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
