London College of Beauty Therapy (part of Education for Industry Group) is seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day upkeep of our premises. In this hands-on role, you will carry out a range of general maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This is a varied position suited to someone with a practical mindset, good attention to detail, and a flexible approach to supporting different areas of building maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required.
- Previous relevant experience in a maintenance or facilities role is essential.
- Relevant trade background and/or health & safety certifications (e.g., CSCS card, manual handling training) are advantageous.
Experience
- Previous experience in a general maintenance, caretaking, or similar practical role is essential.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or busy operational environment is beneficial.
