Overview

Lecturer in Beauty Therapy role at London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT – part of Education for Industry Group EFI). Permanent, full-time (40 hours 1 FTE) or part-time (20 hours 1 FTE) contracts available. Location: 3-5 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX.

We’re seeking passionate and experienced professionals with expertise in Beauty Therapy to inspire and shape the next generation of industry talent. As a Lecturer in Beauty Therapy, you’ll deliver innovative teaching, combining practical learning with key theories to drive exceptional student outcomes and support our students on their educational journey.

About you

  • Qualifications: Level 2 and Level 3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy. Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience: Strong industry experience within Beauty Therapy and teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post-16).
  • Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of all Beauty Therapy areas including massage, body and facial electrical treatments, salon health & safety, and the beauty industry.
  • Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to starting a career in teaching.
