Do you enjoy using creativity and technology to help people hear the good news of Jesus? London City Mission is seeking an Audio Visual & Creative Support Officer to join our Training and Formation Department. In this varied role, you will provide high-quality audio-visual and creative support for training events, conferences, and online learning. From managing audio visual and presentations to creating engaging digital resources and video content, you will help equip Christians across London and support the development of gospel workers.

About the Department

The Training and Formation Department equips Christians to confidently live and share the gospel. We do this by:

  • Training the Church of London through conferences, training events, and digital learning resources.
  • Forming gospel workers by developing London City Mission Missionaries, Pioneers, and other field staff through biblically grounded training and ongoing formation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide AV support for training events, conferences, meetings, and other gatherings.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment.
  • Create presentations, graphics, printed materials, and digital resources.
  • Film and edit video content for training and online learning.
  • Support the development of online courses and digital learning resources.
  • Manage AV equipment and media assets.
  • Work with colleagues to deliver high-quality events and provide creative support across the organisation.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience supporting AV at events.
  • Confidence using creative software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience filming and editing video content.
  • Strong design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to the vision and values of London City Mission and a desire to use your creative gifts to support gospel ministry.

Location: London, Tower Bridge Road

Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours inclusive of lunch breaks (office-based, with some remote working)

Contract: Permanent

There is an occupational requirement that the person appointed be an evangelical Christian.
