London City Mission is seeking an experienced HR Ministry Partner to play a strategic role in supporting LCM\’s mission through excellence in people management. The role will provide generalist operational HR services, lead HR projects to improve processes and policies, and act as the team’s expert on HR best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist operational HR services to specific departments.
- Lead HR projects to improve people processes, policies and systems.
- Act as the team’s expert on HR best practice and lead change management processes.
- Support restructuring and change management processes.
- Partner with Ministers of Religion and staff to deliver LCM’s strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced HR professional with a strong generalist skillset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for working in a long‑term faith‑based ministry context.
- Occupational requirement: the person appointed must be an evangelical Christian.
Employment Details
- Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days per week)
- Salary: £24,000 – £26,820 (FTE: £40,000 – £44,700)
- Location: Hybrid, London (minimum onsite two days per week)
