The Retail Manager will play a key role in this journey, taking ownership of the club's retail and merchandise operation at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a newly created position with genuine opportunity to shape strategy, influence commercial performance and build the future of retail at one of the most exciting clubs in women's football.

  • Develop and grow the club's retail operation across ecommerce, merchandise, matchdays and future retail channels.
  • Build a commercially successful product range that reflects the club's brand, engages supporters and drives revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of the club's ecommerce platform, improving the online customer journey and driving conversion performance.
  • Lead retail delivery on matchdays and major events, ensuring an outstanding supporter experience and strong brand presentation.
  • Manage stock, fulfilment, supplier relationships and operational processes, creating an efficient and scalable retail function.
  • Analyse supporter trends, sales performance and commercial data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with commercial, marketing and operational teams to develop new products, campaigns and retail initiatives.

Experience within retail, ecommerce or merchandise operations, ideally within sport, entertainment, leisure or a consumer-facing environment. Strong commercial awareness with experience driving revenue growth and managing budgets or product performance. Experience managing ecommerce platforms and understanding customer conversion, fulfilment and online sales performance. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
