The main purpose of the Quality Business Partner role is to set up and maintain LCYs Document Management System, processes and procedures in compliance with the requirements of LCYs integrated management system - ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Aerodrome, Security, EASA, Data Protection and Cyber Security regulations. To achieve this, the Quality Business Partner will work with the Quality Manager to develop, maintain and manage a system that is standardised across London City Airport.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain a document management system via SharePoint (including supporting processes, procedures and working instructions) to index, store and retrieve a wide variety of documents that meet ISO Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the deployment of SharePoint across the organisation in order to minimise hard copy and paper documentation in line with LCYs environmental ambitions and targets.
- To ensure LCY documents are compliant with ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001).
- To review documents for compliance with ISO Standards, internal document naming conventions and version control for the document lifecycle from preparation to archive.
- Maintain master document templates and forms.
- Creating guidance documents and training employees how to use the templates and forms.
- Support the Quality Manager in strategic performance management, continuous improvement, management of change and risk management processes across LCY.
- Respond in a professional, informative and helpful manner to enquiries from staff, external partners either in person, by phone or by e-mail.
- Audit internal processes and follow-up actions across LCY.
Experience And Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of setting up and maintaining Document Management Systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook).
- Awareness and experience working to ISO 9001 Quality Management System or another ISO management system.
- Aviation industry experience (preferable but not compulsory).
- Knowledge of conducting internal audit (ISO 9001 or ISO 19011 preferable, not compulsory).

- Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Working Hours
