You will be playing an important part in making the passenger journey as safe as possible. You’ll also be carrying out searches and safety checks on passengers, colleagues, and the items they bring through the airport.

Yours will be the friendly face that offers our passengers a warm welcome as well as a constant reassuring presence, alert to everything that’s going on around you, ready to spot potential threats and responding rapidly if and when you do using your challenger spirit. Swaps are often possible, providing even greater flexibility, but it’s important that you’re available for all shifts on the pattern attached.

  • full colour vision

You must also be:

  • a UK resident of three years standing, with the right to work in the UK
  • happy to complete our pre-employment medical, criminal record and counter-terrorism checks
  • available to complete full-time training for your first five weeks, even if you’ve chosen to work part-time thereafter
