We are currently seeking a passionate, digitally-minded Junior Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supported the Centre Director in planning and delivering integrated marketing, PR, and promotional campaigns, increasing engagement across both Western and Asian social media platforms.
  • Developed and executed targeted social media and influencer outreach strategies, boosting visibility and driving higher audience participation.
  • Built and nurtured strong relationships with local media and strategic partners, strengthening the Centre’s public profile and outreach.
  • Managed and maintained the Centre’s website, enhancing content quality, relevance, and user engagement.
  • Contributed to the successful delivery of events and fundraising initiatives, supporting organisational growth and community engagement.
  • Delivered administrative support and front-of-house service, consistently ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
  • Showed strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to changing priorities while supporting the Centre’s ongoing development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree qualification or equivalent preferred, relative experience considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with the Centre’s members and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engaging social media influencers and capable of building online relationships.
  • A good understanding of the opportunities and challenges in the charity sector.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays.
