What We Offer
Competitive salary of £10,500 - £12,500 per session (dependent on experience)
Minimum commitment of 6 sessions per week
2 sessions dedicated to Digital Triage, supporting accessible and efficient patient care

The Role
As a Salaried GP, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, managing a diverse patient population while supporting innovation in service delivery and digital healthcare.
You will work flexibly across both sites to ensure continuity of care and excellent patient outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Deliver the full range of services expected under the GMS framework and local enhanced services.
- Assess and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and complex conditions.
- Develop and implement patient-centred care plans.
- Undertake disease prevention, health promotion and screening activities.
- Prescribe safely and effectively in accordance with current clinical guidance.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Contribute to QOF delivery and North West London quality requirements.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and data collection.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patients with long-term conditions.
Quality & Governance
- Participate in clinical, team and governance meetings.
- Contribute to LCW's Quality Assurance processes.
- Support prescribing optimisation and clinical best practice.
- Maintain professional development and revalidation requirements.
Service Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support service improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Participate in complaint investigations, patient feedback reviews and learning from incidents.
- Contribute to improving patient experience and service quality.
- Actively support integrated working across the Primary Care Network.
Risk & Resilience
- Identify and elevate clinical and operational risks.
- Support the maintenance of safe, high-quality services.
- Contribute to business continuity and resilience planning.
About You
We are looking for GPs who:
- Hold full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- Are included on the NHS England Medical Performers List.
- Have excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Enjoy working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Embrace innovation, digital working and service improvement.
