London Central & West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW) is seeking an experienced and ambitious Lead GP to join our multidisciplinary primary care team across our Hammersmith & Fulham Centres for Health.

This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while playing a key leadership role in shaping the future of primary care services. Working across sites at Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital, you will combine clinical practice with leadership, quality improvement, service development and system-wide collaboration.

About the role

As Lead GP, you will:

  • Deliver urgent and routine primary care consultations
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
  • Drive quality improvement, clinical governance and patient safety initiatives
  • Lead on the delivery delivery of QOF, Enhanced Services and wider contractual requirements
  • Contribute to workforce development, mentoring and clinical supervision
  • Play a leading role in digital transformation and service innovation
  • Represent the practice within PCNs, the ICB and wider stakeholder partnerships.

About you

You will be:

  • A GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise and inclusion on the GP Register
  • An experienced clinician with strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
  • Passionate about service improvement and improving patient outcomes.
  • Experienced in clinical governance, quality improvement and multidisciplinary working
  • An effective communicator who can build relationships across organisations and teams. in North West London.
