We are currently recruiting Care Assistants with a full UK driving licence who are looking for flexible working hours to support clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for caring, reliable individuals who enjoy helping others and want work that fits around their availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting support)
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Medication prompting/support (as required)
- Light household support (where needed)
- Shopping support and community assistance
- Completing care notes and daily records
- Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
Requirements
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Caring, professional, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and able to work independently
Working Hours
Flexible shifts available (morning, lunch, evening, weekends). Hours can be arranged to suit your availability.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- NVQ / QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Previous experience in domiciliary care, supported living, or residential care
- Manual Handling training
- Medication Administration training
- Safeguarding Adults training
- First Aid certificate
- Access to own vehicle
