In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.What you’ll getWe offer thorough training and the opportunity to develop through self-directed learning, coaching conversations, e-learning modules and access to further qualifications and courses.
