What is Domiciliary (Home) Care? Domiciliary care is all about keeping people where they are happiest—in their own homes. Instead of our clients moving into a residential facility, you will travel to them. By providing essential, everyday support, companionship, and practical help, you empower vulnerable individuals to safely maintain their independence, routines, and dignity within the comfort of their own familiar surroundings.

Local Work Locations: As a community-based Care Professional, you will be traveling locally to support clients. For this role, we are specifically covering packages across the Greenwich borough, including: Blackheath Charlton.
Weekdays (Mon–Sat): £14.80 per hour
Sundays: £15.20 per hour
Guaranteed hours contracts available for the right candidates – giving you the security of regular work!
Evening Shifts: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Job Description:
- Personal Care – Bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and maintaining dignity.
- Companionship – Meaningful conversations, activities, and outings.
- Medication Management – Collecting prescriptions, daily reminders, and safe administration.
- Nutrition & Mealtimes – Cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs, and mealtime support.
- Mobility Assistance – Safe transfers, walking support, and the use of aids/equipment.
- Health Monitoring – Observing and reporting any changes in a client's condition.
- Social Inclusion – Helping clients maintain vital community and family connections.
- Emotional Support – Providing empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear.
- Documentation – Accurate and timely record keeping for every visit.
- Safety & Emergency Response – Creating safe environments and acting quickly when needed.
- Collaboration – Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families.
