Care Professionals – Join Our Supportive Basildon Care Team.

Work Locations

As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across Basildon and the surrounding areas, primarily covering: Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, Langdon Hills, Pitsea, Havering, Redbridge, Wickford, and the surrounding communities. Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.

Shift Patterns

We know how important work-life balance is. Whether you need shifts that work around family life, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle (full-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available):

  • Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
  • Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support)
  • Shopping and practical daily errands
  • Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:

  • Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
  • Reliability and a naturally caring nature
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
  • The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer, we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
