Are you a data expert who can help drive impact within our Career Centre? We are seeking a motivated individual to support the Career Centre by enabling data‑driven decision‑making and driving the continuous improvement of business processes and digital platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting product management and troubleshooting across the Career Centre's systems, including data imports and exports, reporting, and issue resolution. Your work will help ensure our systems run smoothly and effectively, supporting an outstanding experience for students, employers, and staff.

- May hold vocational qualification
- Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
- Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases
- Experience of software related to own area of specialism
- Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least twice per week or dependent on business needs. We operate with 'core hours' - 10:00-15:00 - to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one‑hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
