Overview
London Business School is recruiting for a collaborative and motivational Student Recruitment Manager, Graduate Masters to join Degree Education on a fixed-term basis until September 2026. The role will secure a stable pipeline of suitable qualified applicants for the Masters in Management and Global Masters in Management programmes. The postholder will manage a Recruitment Associate and oversee the portfolio\’s recruitment and sales activities. You will build relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Events, Admissions, Advancement and Careers to support, develop and manage pipelines, and you will develop relationships with candidates to recruit and convert high-quality applicants while cross-selling the portfolio and expanding knowledge across wider degree programmes.
Please note this is a fixed-term position until September 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide input into strategic global recruitment activities and produce regular recruitment and pipeline reports for senior stakeholders.
- Represent the School and the Graduate Masters Recruitment and Admissions Team on campus, in London and abroad through events, networking receptions, one-to-one meetings and similar activities.
- Communicate the value of the Programmes to individuals, understanding candidate needs and guiding them through our offering and admissions processes.
- Act as an ambassador for the School, delivering presentations and networking at events to promote the School and its offerings.
- Manage customer issues and concerns to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and the School.
- Become the product and market expert, developing specialist knowledge of the programmes, Alumni and current students to support content and recruitment strategies.
