London Business School is recruiting a Senior Campaign Manager to join our Advancement team at an exciting time for the School and our fundraising ambitions. Reporting to the Executive Director, Proposition Development and Campaign, you will have overall responsibility for the project management, planning and delivery of the Campaign project and related fundraising propositions. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with senior colleagues across Advancement and the wider School community—particularly Brand & Marketing—to ensure plans are delivered on time, to budget and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Campaign project plan and critical path, aligning activity and priorities to enable successful implementation.
- Support the planning and delivery of events that align with Campaign and fundraising objectives for key stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate Campaign reporting to track progress and KPIs and inform decision-making (including updates for senior leadership).
- Represent Campaign and proposition development across cross-School groups, enabling effective collaboration and shared solutions.

- Strong experience leading complex projects end-to-end, with a track record of delivery on time and to budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including confidence working with data and producing reports for decision-making.
- Experience managing external suppliers/contractors and holding partners to account on quality and performance.
- Budget management experience and strong commercial awareness.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
