The Role London Business School is looking for a Senior Learning Manager to join our Experiential Learning team and help shape transformational learning experiences for future business leaders. In this exciting role, you will design and deliver innovative experiential learning programmes, support leadership development and drive initiatives that demonstrate the real-world impact of learning. You will bring proven experience in learning design and facilitation, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences. With your strategic mindset, collaborative approach and ability to turn ideas into action, you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience and driving continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver innovative experiential learning experiences that enhance student learning and leadership development. Embed best-practice learning design and facilitation across programmes, ensuring consistent, high-quality learning experiences. Co-create and facilitate the Leadership Incubator and other student-led learning initiatives, empowering students to develop essential leadership skills. Lead the School's impact strategy, developing evaluation frameworks, conducting research and producing the annual Impact Report. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance learning programmes, share expertise and introduce innovative approaches. Coach and develop colleagues, improve learning design processes and champion new approaches that maximise effectiveness and student impact. Who We Are Looking For Proven experience of learning design and facilitation Experience with research, impact assessment and reporting Demonstrable knowledge of business education, experiential learning and learning design. Proven stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences and the ability to break down complex issues and explain them in simple terms. Successful experience managing, developing a global and vibrant business community based in three of the world's most dynamic cities, London, Dubai and Riyadh.
