Do you have excellent organisation and administration skills? We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Executive Education team on a fixed term contract. Within this role you would provide coordination and administrative support to the Contributor Management Team for the management of Executive Education’s contributors, in particular the extensive Coaching community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment to develop their administrative skills. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems.
  • Scheduling and contracting in a timely manner to ensure all areas are resourced.
  • High-quality support service provided to all stakeholders.
  • Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Development of relationships within and outside the team.
  • Compliance with processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Accuracy of financial records.
  • Contributions to process reviews and operational improvements.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
  • Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems, and/or databases.
  • Experience of software related to own area of specialism.
  • Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Able to comfortably give feedback to colleagues.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Good team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines to a specific activity.
