Can you make sure we deliver a quality programme? Join our Executive MBA team as a Programme Manager. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running and management of the EMBA programme and own the relationship for your own stream of EMBA students, ensuring they have an excellent experience over their two years at LBS. Your support will ensure students can learn, guarantee our reputation is secure, and endow the businesses and entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivery of high-quality learning programmes, events and resources.
  • Projects delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards and targets.
  • Manage and support the direct reports, review their progress and promote learning opportunities available to them.
  • Area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
  • Timely and robust coordination of all internal and external resources.
  • Production of high-quality reports, with the identification of trends and issues.
  • Development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from all stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date and accurate financial information for own service area.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver difficult messages with firmness and empathy.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders.
  • Experience of using software related to own team or department to extract, analyse and report on data.
  • Sound understanding of the wider School's offerings and those of competitors.
  • Sound project management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 3 days per week. We operate with 'core hours' - 10:00-15:00 - to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
