The Role - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
London Business School is looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Senior Manager, Member Experience – Corporate Community to join our Executive Education team.
This is a key delivery and relationship management role within LBS Corporate 100, a new corporate community bringing together 100 of the world’s most influential organisations through a membership model.
You will act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of member organisations, building trusted relationships, anticipating member needs and ensuring each organisation receives an exceptional, consistent and valuable experience of the community.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Community, you will take ownership of the end-to-end member journey, from onboarding and ongoing engagement through to quarterly reviews, annual account management and renewals.
You will work collaboratively across Executive Education and the wider School to connect members with the right people, programmes, events and thought leadership, ensuring membership delivers tangible value and impact.
You will also own and coordinate specific community activities or member benefits, which may include roundtables, the LBS Corporate 100 Summit, Digital Impact Talks, introductory calls, coaching sessions or faculty-led activity.

- Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of LBS Corporate 100 member organisations.
- Build and develop deep, trusted relationships with current member organisations, acting as their advocate within London Business School.
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end member journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to renewal
- Lead quarterly member meetings and annual reviews, identifying opportunities to add value, deepen engagement and strengthen each member’s connection to LBS Corporate 100.
- Work with member organisations to understand their strategic priorities and learning goals, delivering solutions that demonstrate the impact of membership.
- Investigate and resolve complex member issues, using sound judgement and escalating where appropriate.
- Drive a world-class service culture by regularly reviewing the quality of member touchpoints against LBS Corporate 100 standards.
- Contribute to the delivery of the LBS Corporate 100 annual plan, aligned to wider Executive Education and School goals.
- Support community-level planning, monitoring and reporting, including internal and external interdependencies.
- Work collaboratively across Executive Education and School departments to connect members with relevant expertise, opportunities, programmes and events.
- Represent LBS Corporate 100 to colleagues, stakeholders and cross-School groups, supporting strong cross-departmental working.
Who We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in client or account management, with a demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build rapport with a wide range of audiences, including senior corporate stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including experience planning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder activities to time, budget and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple member relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing external suppliers and contractors effectively.
- Financial management experience and commercial acumen.
- Significant experience using CRM and data management systems, including the ability to build reports and track engagement metrics.
- A collaborative, professional and service-focused approach.
- Energy, resilience and a genuine commitment to delivering service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of business education and the Executive Education landscape would be advantageous.

Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
