Drive Strategic Financial Excellence at a world-renowned Business School. London Business School is looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner to join us on a permanent basis. You will provide full finance business partner services to our Degree Education sector, leading the coordination of all financial aspects of long-term planning, budgets, and forecasts. You will be a key member of the FP&A leadership team, supporting senior managers and stakeholders with insightful financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Our Finance team plays a pivotal role in achieving the School's strategy by providing comprehensive financial services, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, transaction processing, corporate governance, and procurement support. We ensure efficient management and reporting across all areas of the School.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis for Degree Education.
- Provide day-to-day financial support to the management team.
- Deliver relevant financial information for strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain models for strategic planning at Senior Management Team level.
- Manage a small team and collaborate with key stakeholders.
