The Role

You are a creative and commercially focused marketer ready to deliver impactful campaigns. London Business School are looking for a Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-channel marketing activity, driving awareness, engagement and strong commercial results across key programmes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage campaigns end-to-end, and use insight to optimise performance in a fast-paced environment. London Business School are looking for someone who can balance strategy with delivery, contributing to a global brand that transforms the way the world does business .

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribution to increased engagement levels through campaigns or initiatives.

  • Projects/campaigns delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards.

  • Contribution to innovation within own area.

  • Production of high-quality reports, with complex analysis to support management decision-making.

  • High-quality work delivered by third-party contractors and agencies.

  • Strong cross-team working relationships developed with key stakeholders.

  • Improvements in commercial performance for the team or department

  • Engagement, retention and performance levels of direct report.

  • Achievement of team targets.

  • Evidence of cross-team collaboration.

  • Team feedback on clarity of purpose and focus, behavioural and performance expectations, guidance, development and career support.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Superb interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at every level.

  • Experience of working closely with sales teams and a full knowledge of the sales funnel

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and self-motivated to achieve goals and continuously improve performance.

  • Experience developing, implementing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities to deliver business targets

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • A proven ability to set and measure against KPIs, and to analyse and effectively use marketing data and analytics.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.


For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 3 days per week.

We operate with 'core hours' - 10:00-15:00 - to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
