Lead delivery across a critical technology domain. London Business School is looking for an exceptional Head of Delivery – Platforms to lead the end‑to‑end delivery performance of a defined technology domain within our Technology department. You will be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery performance of the Platforms domain and provide strategic leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams. You will ensure initiatives are prioritised, sequenced, governed and delivered in alignment with School objectives, and oversee delivery health, resource planning, stakeholder confidence and continuous improvement across the domain, working closely with Architecture, Product, DevOps, Integration, BAU teams and wider business leadership. This role is central to creating visibility, predictability and strong delivery outcomes across the Platforms portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead delivery outcomes across the Platforms Team.
- Support a high‑quality, outcome‑focused delivery model across multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide clear reporting dashboards to Technology and School governance forums.
- Oversee RAID management across domain initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with Product Owners, operational stakeholders and senior School leaders.

- Strong governance experience, including use of RAID and portfolio controls.
- Financial oversight capability, including budget monitoring and forecasting.
- Experience improving delivery maturity, ways of working and operational effectiveness.
- Strong people leadership skills, including team development, recruitment or succession planning.

Work Arrangements
We support a hybrid working model. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster collaboration. For this role, you will be expected to be on campus two days per week. We operate with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00 and offer a protected one‑hour slot for learning or focused work.
