London Business School is looking for an organised, professional and proactive Executive Support Assistant to join the Dean's Office. This is an important support role at the centre of the School, providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to colleagues in the Dean's Office. You will help ensure that senior office activity runs smoothly, that information is handled accurately and professionally, and that stakeholders receive a responsive and reliable service. Working in a busy and high-profile environment, you will need to be confident managing competing priorities, handling confidential information with discretion and building effective working relationships across the School.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and executive support within the Dean's Office.
- Support diary coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up activity as required.
- Help organise meetings, events, travel arrangements and associated logistics.
- Prepare, format and maintain documents, correspondence, briefings and other materials.
- Act as a helpful and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle information sensitively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support the smooth flow of information across the Dean's Office and wider School.
- Maintain accurate records, files and office processes.
- Track actions, deadlines and priorities to help ensure work is completed on time.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across London Business School to deliver a responsive and high-quality service.
- Support ad hoc projects and office activity as needed.
