Help shape high-quality bids for a world-leading business school. London Business School is looking for a new permanent Bid Coordinator to join our Executive Education team. As Bid Coordinator, you will support the full bid lifecycle through strong administration, coordination, and knowledge management. You will play an important role in ensuring bid activities are run efficiently, timelines are met, and documentation, records, and workflows are accurately maintained.

You will also help support the production of high-quality bid submissions through structured content management, process coordination, and responsive support to colleagues and stakeholders across the School. A good understanding of London Business School’s products and services will help you direct prospective customers appropriately and contribute effectively to the wider bids process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end bid process through effective coordination and administrative control.
  • Help ensure bid timelines, submission deadlines, and workflow milestones are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and content throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • Support the production of high-quality and compliant bid submissions.
  • Organise and manage bid-related content and knowledge resources.
  • Provide proactive administrative support to internal teams and stakeholders involved in bids.
  • Contribute to structured and efficient bid processes across the team.
  • Develop a good understanding of London Business School’s Executive Education products and services in order to direct prospective customers effectively.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in a coordination, administration, bids, proposals, sales support, or project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders.
  • Confidence using systems, shared documents, and structured processes to manage information.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting team priorities.
  • An interest in understanding products, services, and client needs in a professional or commercial environment.
  • Experience in bids, tendering, proposals, executive education, professional services, or client-facing support would be advantageous, but is not essential.

We operate with core hours – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time – a flexible, one-hour slot within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
