The Role
London Business School are looking for a Data Coordinator to join our Advancement team on a permanent basis. You will maintain and update the Advancement alumni database, Raiser’s Edge. Working with the Database Manager, you will ensure data integrity and accuracy, understand data flow between systems, and ensure robust processes for transferring data between Raiser’s Edge, SchoolDB, and MyLBS.
The Advancement department leads the development and enhancement of the London Business School community. It focuses on managing relationships with alumni and fundraising by developing proactive and long-term connections. The department collaborates closely with external bodies and internal departments, playing a vital role in supporting the School's ambitions.
Main Responsibilities
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of GDPR practices and ensure compliance.
- Assist with alumni engagement campaigns, handling data updates and cleaning.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, run data extracts for fundraising, and collaborate with the Advancement Data Team.
