You will join Degree Education as a Global Experiences Administrator on a permanent basis. In this role, you will support the Global Experiences team in delivering high-quality, applied and integrative learning experiences for students. You will provide operational and administrative support across the planning, execution, and review of a portfolio of global experiential programmes. You will work closely with colleagues within the Global Experiences team, as well as Programme Offices for the relevant degree programmes, and a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of these impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to manage and maintain all key data related to global initiatives.
  • Support the efficient and professional production and distribution of materials (including publications, emails and websites) used in the development and delivery of global initiatives.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of on and off campus events related to global initiatives.
  • Support the efficient and timely distribution of information to students/participants/stakeholders using the most effective form of communication.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Great attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
  • Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven experience working within an administrative role.
