London Business School require a Giving Coordinator to join our Advancement team. You will be a key administrative support to the Major Giving and Corporation and Foundation Giving teams. This position involves establishing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and providing varied support in a fast-paced environment. Our Advancement team plays a crucial role in developing lifelong relationships with students and alumni, supporting the School's ambitious growth and securing its position in the premier league of business schools. The team is instrumental in the success of our fundraising campaigns, including the 200 million Forever Forward campaign.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Giving, including logistics, diary coordination, and database management.
  • Prepare supporting materials and presentations with high accuracy.
  • Act as the key point of contact for speaker requests, ensuring smooth processes.
  • Manage departmental administrative queries within a shared inbox.
  • Support fundraising activities and lead 1:1 meetings with fundraisers.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Giving on income tracking and reporting.

Who we are looking for

  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases (Raiser’s Edge desirable).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience in customer-facing environments or as an Executive Assistant.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week. We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
