The Engagement Coordinator supports the operational delivery of the engagement plan. You will provide our Recruitment and Admission colleagues with the best opportunities to engage with high quality and diverse candidates to recruit them into our degree programmes. This will be achieved via a number of engagement activities that appeal to broad audiences: owned virtual and in person events; third party and fair events; digital communications; Partner relationships; blog and on demand video content.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the scheduling of events and digital communications
- Contributing to content ideas for the planning of events, digital communications and blog
- Ensuring that events and digital communications, as well as associated meetings, are scheduled in the relevant calendars
- Researching and booking venues, and liaising with venues
- Compiling pre-travel information and materials for Recruitment and Admissions stakeholders and event contributors (i.e. students, alumni and school wide staff)
- Attending on-campus events to support with the smooth running, and collating registration and attendance data
- Attending and running ‘regular’ virtual events to ensure smooth running (check that stakeholders are comfortable with the slides, microphones/cameras are working, moderating Q&A)

- Experience using Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
- Good team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience using ClickDimensions/other email platform, and experience using Microsoft Dynamics/other CRM are desirable

All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least twice per week, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays. We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
