Digital Learning Product Manager – London Business School, NW14SAThe RoleDrive innovation in digital learning at London Business School and shape the future of global educationLondon Business School are seeking a passionate Digital Learning Product Manager to lead our digital learning portfolio and grow our online products and services. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Degree Education, Careers, and Advancement, experimenting with new content, technologies, and trends to future-proof our portfolio and enhance the digital learning experience.Main ResponsibilitiesLead learning design, product development, and delivery of learning solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.Manage strategic product management, including full oversight of the product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.Partner with DE, CC, Advancement, and Faculty to enhance digital learning across our programmes, shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital learning products.Shape and implement lifelong career and online learning offerings for alumni via the Forever Learning platform.Stay updated with external thinking and innovation in both learning technology and the competitive online learning space.Accurately track and manage course production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Manage collaborations with SMEs and across departments for core learning offerings.Who we are looking forProfessional qualification or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences. Project/product management experience with advanced planning skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritise and focus on key objectives at hand. Strong communications skills across different groups of individuals with varied needs.
