Are you an experienced Events Management professional looking for their next challenge in a world class organisation? London Business School’s Customer Experience Team is ultimately responsible for the customer experience of participants and clients and the Delivery Team is accountable for the project management and budget management of the business’s custom clients and open programmes and for the seamless delivery of outstanding programmes across the globe.

As the successful candidate you’ll provide outstanding quality and customer experience in the preparation, delivery and wrap-up of every programme while providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders. You’ll be the point of contact for, and link between, programme stakeholders and an exemplary brand ambassador for LBS in all interactions. As an integral part of the team, you’ll be customer facing, acting as the face of LBS specialising in creating moments that matter for our clients and the School.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of programmes in accordance with well-defined processes, to ensure the successful delivery of learning programmes.
  • Understand and oversee programme collateral requirements and actively contribute in defining and continuously improving the accurate production of learning materials to support the delivery of programmes and learning activities.
  • Set up and manage programme learning platforms.
  • Apply brand consistency across programme materials.
  • Print, collate and ship programme materials (as required).
  • Monitor the completion of standard processes and activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Build sound relationships and act as key contact for programme stakeholders.
  • Monitor and review financial activity for own area to ensure the accurate completion of standard financial processes within budget and the provision of up-to-date information to support decision making.
  • Understand programme budgets, financial tools and follow processes.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in programme/events delivery/management (including preparation, delivery and wrap up activities).
  • Mastery of online learning delivery tools (Zoom/MS Teams/Webex).
  • Customer centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and embracing change in a fast paced environment.
  • Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable leading online classes through social and networking activities.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 5 days per week or as business needs.

We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
