London Business School are looking for an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join our Advancement team. As an Alumni Engagement Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Alumni Engagement team and often the first point of contact for alumni. You will provide a high standard of customer service by phone and email, working closely with colleagues across the team and wider School to respond to enquiries and support alumni needs.
You will also provide project and administrative support across a wide range of alumni engagement activity, including flagship events, volunteering initiatives, communications tracking, and database management. Through your work, you will help foster alumni pride, belonging and long-term connection to the School.
