London Business School is seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focused Business Support Co-Ordinator to join our Customer Experience team within Executive Education. You will deliver first-class administrative and operational support that enables smooth operations and an excellent stakeholder and client experience for Executive Education.
You will proactively manage calendars and meetings, coordinate travel planning, prepare materials, organise logistics and act as a professional first point of contact. You will also maintain accurate records and systems, monitor resources within budget, support onboarding and cross-cover, and help ensure the smooth running of office operations across Estates, IT and facilities.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, service-focused environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing efficient, accurate and professional support.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative and operational tasks in line with defined policies, procedures and instructions.
- Provide first-line support to stakeholders, solving routine queries and ensuring colleagues and clients receive clear, timely information.
- Provide accurate and effective diary and meeting management, using judgement to prioritise schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Act as a professional, welcoming and confident first point of contact for internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder priorities and ensure meetings, travel and support activities are well coordinated.
- Accurately process invoices and input financial data into systems to support budget tracking.
