London Business School is looking for an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join our Advancement team. As an Alumni Engagement Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Alumni Engagement team and often the first point of contact for alumni. You will provide a high standard of customer service by phone and email, working closely with colleagues across the team and the wider School to respond to enquiries and support alumni needs. You will also provide project and administrative support across a wide range of alumni engagement activities, including flagship events, volunteering initiatives, communications tracking, and database management. Through your work, you will help foster alumni pride, belonging and long‑term connection to the School.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for alumni enquiries, ensuring timely, professional and empathetic responses
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the School to provide excellent service to alumni
- Support the delivery of alumni flagship events and engagement projects
- Maintain accurate alumni records, including contact details, meeting notes and other updates
- Support effective team working through calendar coordination and meeting administration
