London Business School is seeking an organised, customer-focused and proactive Admissions Associate to join our Executive Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the admissions process for our world-class Executive Education programmes.
You will support the admissions process for the sales team and process individual applications that result in participants attending our Executive Education programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Admissions CRM system and School database are accurate, up to date and effectively maintained. You will also support a wide range of administrative activities that enable the smooth running of the Admissions function, including CRM data entry, reporting, inbox management, candidate enquiries and invoice request processing.
This role would suit someone who enjoys providing excellent service, working with data and systems, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to process improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for participant and candidate enquiries.
- Respond to queries by email, phone and in person, ensuring a professional and helpful service.
- Process applications and complete admissions-related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain CRM and School database records to ensure information is complete, accurate and up to date.
- Support diary management and other operational activities required by the Admissions team.
- Organise, upload and monitor data to support accurate performance reporting.
- Generate standard CRM reports to support decision-making within the team and wider department.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- A sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and databases.
- The ability to interpret and apply guidelines to specific activities.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with others.
- Experience in standard financial management processes, or an interest in developing in this area.
- An interest in higher education, student recruitment or executive education.
