The Role

London Business School is looking for someone to join our Degree Education team as an Academic Planning & Delivery Manager (Data & Systems). You will play a key role in enhancing how we use data and systems to support world-class teaching and learning. You will lead on the management and optimisation of key systems, including our Enrolment Management System, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and drives effective decision-making. You'll analyse and interpret complex data, develop reporting tools and dashboards, and provide insights that shape planning and performance across programmes. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the School, you will also improve processes, support course enrolment operations, and help build a strong data-driven culture within the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality service in area of specialism.
• Area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
• Production of high-quality reports and reporting tools, with the identification of trends and issues.
• Projects delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards and targets.
• Development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from colleagues.
• Improvements to processes and procedures in own area of specialism.

Who We Are Looking For

• A specialist qualification in an area related to data or business analysis or working towards relevant professional qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to break down complex issues and explain them in layman's terms.
• Experience using PowerBI, Excel and databases to analyse and report on data.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, and stakeholders at different levels.
• Project management and process improvement skills and experience.
• The post holder may also hold a qualification in this area or be working towards one.
• Experience of producing recommendations and insights from data.
• Proven commitment to self-development.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.

We operate with 'core hours' - 10:00-15:00 - to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
