We source, train, and support remote contributors who work on AI training projects for leading platforms - helping improve how AI systems understand and generate content. Our current focus is LinkedIn-style content and engagement data, supporting a wider AI training initiative.
We handle the recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day support so contributors can focus on doing great work and getting paid reliably.
About the Role
As a Remote AI Trainer, you'll complete structured tasks that help train and evaluate AI models on LinkedIn-style content - things like rating post quality, assessing engagement patterns, and providing written feedback on sample content. Work is done through our partner platform, and you'll set your own schedule around weekly targets.
No prior AI or tech experience is required. We provide full onboarding, a step-by-step guide, and a dedicated coordinator to support you as you get started.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete AI documentation tasks accurately to grow businesses from scratch organically - this time teaching them through social media performances
- Follow task guidelines and quality standards provided during onboarding
- Meet a minimum weekly task/output target once fully onboarded
- Flag unclear tasks or technical issues to your onboarding coordinator promptly
- Maintain the confidentiality of any platform materials, guidelines, or content you're exposed to
- Keep your account and payment details accurate and up to date
What You'll Need
- Strong written English and good attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection
- Availability for a short video introduction and a brief onboarding call
- Ability to commit to consistent weekly hours once onboarded
- Eligibility requirement: Candidates must not have prior paid work experience on Outlier, Scale AI, Appen, Remotasks, TELUS AI, or Labelbox. This is a requirement set by our training platform partner, not by WrapiD - we're happy to explain the reasoning during your onboarding call.
A great fit if you're:
- A student looking for flexible income around your schedule
- Anyone comfortable with independent, task-based remote work
What We Offer
- Fully remote, flexible hours - work around your existing commitments
- Clear, structured onboarding with a dedicated support coordinator
