Who are we? London Bridge Rooftop is a 240-capacity outdoor bar across from the Shard with top‑notch views of London, cocktails, pints and fantastic food! We love our drinks and like to have fun making them.

The Role

We are looking for part and full‑time Cocktail bartenders to join the London Bridge Rooftop team. This is a "hands‑on" role, and you will be responsible for opening & closing the bar, preparing garnishes, and serving drinks consistently to spec. In order to succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a level head, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver amazing drinks consistently at a fast pace. Most of all, a fun working environment and an outgoing team to create the best experiences for everyone!

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining bar standards
  • Opening/Closing bar
  • Taking deliveries
  • Making drinks to spec
  • Making drinks in a quick & consistent manner
  • Garnish & pre batch prep

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced bar & dispense environment.

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a busy fast‑paced setting
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of spirits, mixers & garnishes
  • Working knowledge of classic cocktails
  • Ability to follow all good practices & sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
